Can anyone participate?

The camp is open to all ages and abilities - anyone who wants to improve their skiing and racing techniques. Please note this is intense training for serious racers.

Ugh, the dates don’t quite work, can I do partial weeks?

Yes! We can work with you on prorating camp fees and coordinating partial sessions, no problem.

Is safety equipment required?

Yes, helmets are required for giant slalom and slalom training and face protection and/or mouthguard for slalom.

What is the cancellation policy?

If the need to cancel arises please inform staff at your earliest convenience. A portion of your payment will be forfeited determined by the proximity of time to the start of camp:

6+ weeks: Full refund
6 weeks prior: $250
4 weeks prior: $350
2 weeks prior: $500

What’s the story if I send my camper alone to camp?

The camp has limited space for older kids coming without parents (U14 and up). There will be a $125/day lodging, food, and transportation fee. Contact us at sailerskicamps@gmail.com for more information or call Martina at (612) 819-4904.

Where can I find camp registration and waivers?

Can my camper get rides to/from the mountain?

Yes, we have a transportation option for $150/session - space is limited, so sign up soon.

When should I arrive and depart?

The first meeting is at 7 p.m. on June 6th and 13th - we recommend arriving at least a few hours before then to get acquainted with the area.

For those requiring airport pickups, please plan to arrive before noon on June 6th and 13th. For airport dropoffs, please plan to fly home between 5 - 8 p.m. on June 12th (or before noon on June 13th) and 5 p.m. or later on June 19th. Contact Martina to coordinate.

What should I bring?

·       Pre-tuned Slalom and GS Skis

·       Poles - Slalom poles with pole guards and GS poles

·       Ski backpack

·       Ski boots

·       Tinted goggles

·       Shin Guards

·       Sunglasses

·       Hat (winter, baseball style)

·       Neckie/Buff

·       Helmet with removable chin-bar or Slalom and GS helmet

·       Ski Jacket

·       Wind breaker

·       Gloves/mittens

·       GS suit, shorts, snow pants

·       Base layers

·       Extra layers (fleece, hoodie, puffy, vest)

·       Multiple pairs of ski socks

·       Toiletries: Shampoo/conditioner, body wash, toothpaste/toothbrush, deodorant

·       Basic first aid items (medication as needed and band-aids)

·       Undergarments

·       Athletic /comfortable wear for post skiing and meals
